INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER FOR HIRING OF FIRM FOR WATERPROOFING OF ROOFS AT
KARACHI EXPO CENTRE
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP}, an authority established for promotion of
trade and business, under the Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed bids from firms registered
with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid certificate ptvcategory C4, Income Tax and
Sales Tax Departments and which are on Active Taxpayers'List of the Federal Board of
Revenue and qualified in all respects, for Waterproofing of.!hé Roofs at Karachi Expo Centre.
2- Bidding documents, containing detailed terms anfibnditions, method of procurement,
procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria,
clarification I rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested
bidders at EPADS website of PPRA. The bidding documents fees of Rs.3,OOO/• through pay
order in favor of "TDAP, Karachi" may bessl{bmitted along with Technical Bid at the time of
Technical Bid Submission.
3. Single Stage Two Envelope Proced
per PPRA rule 36(b) would be wsed for Open
Competitive Bidding for each work-Sealed Bid proposal should accompany a bid security
equivalent to two per cent (2%) o bid amount in the shape of pay order in favour of TDAP,

annul the bidding brocess at any time, however, reasons for rejection or annulling bid process
