WAPDA TENDER NOTICE
GM/PrincipaI WAPDA Administrative Staff College, Islamabad, invites
sealed bids on Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from the
Contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments
and on active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for provision of messing
services including provision of breakfast, lunch and dinner with two
times tea along with light refreshment per day at hostel mess of
WAPDA Administrative Staff College, Islamabad. The Employer will
provide the facilities of kitchen, gas, electricity, crockery, furniture,
etc. free of cost. The Contractor is only required to provide the
cooking raw materials and cooking of aforementioned meals as per
Employer menu detailed in bidding document.
Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions,
method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid
security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification /
rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the
interested bidders from the office of GM/PrincipaI WAPDA
. Price of the bidding
documents is Rs. 1,000/-. Biddl g documents can also be
downloaded from www.wapda.gp@k free of cost.
The bids, prepared in accordapéeh/ith the instructions in the bidding
documents, must reach Administrative Staff College,
Islamabad, on or before(S24-07-2024 at 1100 Hrs). Bids will be
