"Delete the text 'Registration withSecurities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)' under Para 3.3 A.
Mandatory Requirements,
-Clause (v) and replace with the following:
* In case of Individua ole Proprietor, the firm shall submit copy of CNIC and Affidavit that firm is
individual/ Sole prep ietor.
In case of Asspgiated of Persons (AOP), the firm shall submit Partnership Deed, Nos. of partners along
with copyof IC-
* In case of (Pvt.) Limited, the firm shall submitArticle ofAssociation/ Memorandum, Form 29, Form A, Nos.
of Directors along with copy of CN IC."
All other terms and condition will remain the same.
