HIRING OF SERVICES OF TOUR OPERATOR/TRAVEL AGENT FOR NATIONAL STUDY TOUR (NST) OF
LAHORE a FAISLABAD
Training Management and Research (TMR) Wing, Services,
General Administration and Coordination Department
(SGA&CD), Government of Sindh (GoS) js conducting
mandatory post indüction training for PMS Probation r? i.e. the
7th Civil Services Training Program (CS T P), with (fect from
20th May, 2024 to 25th September, 2024. Unde he Course,
a National Study Tour (NST) of the province of U ab (Lahore
and Faisalabad) has also been planned d ri g)the month of
August, 2024. For this purpose, bids ited from duly
registered and well reputed Tour Opeqtors/Travel Agents
for a group of approximately 37 officer including 31 - BS-17
trainees & 6 faculty members):

Stage— One Envelope procedure of open competitive bidding
defined under Rule 46 (1) of SPP Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
The bidding documents containing evaluation criteria and other
relevant details may be collected free of cost from the office of
"Assistant Director (Admin & Finance), Training Management
& Research Wing, SGA&CD, Government of Sindh, D-45,
Clifton Block-I, Karachi" during office hours. Same can also be
downloaded from SPPRA websites The bids will be submitted
and opened in the office of the Chairman, Procurement
Committee at Bungalow No. D-45, Block-I Clifton, Karachi as
per schedule mentioned aboVe.
Bidder shall submit "Bid Security" equivalent to 1% of total
sum of quoted price/bid in the name of "Assistant Director,
(Admin & Finance), TMR Wing, SGA&CD, Government of
Sindh, Karachi" in shape of Pay Order/ Demand Draft.
In case of unforeseen circumstances on submission / opening
date & time or if the Government declares a holiday, the
tender shall be submitted / opened on the next working day
at the same time & venue. The Procuring Agency has the right
to cancel the bidding process at any time as provided under
Rule-25 of SPP Rules, 2010 (Amended 2019).
