The CompeteöAuthority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids at any time prior to
acceptance of a bid as per Para 47(i} of KPPRA Rules 2014 by assigning cogent reason.
The interested Firms/Contractors may obtain clarification regarding bid solicitation documents
during office hours on any working day from the office of Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation
Division-II.
Venue of Bids opening is office of the Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-II Matta, the
Contractors must prepare their CDR's i.e. 2% Earnest Money and Additional E/Money (if any) in the
name of Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-II Matta and should ensure its submission
with their bids. In case of failure, their bids would be rejected and punitive act in should se initiated
against the defaulter as per KPPRA Act / Rules. It is further added that CDRS of 2nd and 3rd lowest
Bidder shall remain in this Office until approval oftender from the competent Authority.
