Thc public at large is informed that parks & Horticulturc Authority Multan is going to auction Marriage
Hall / Marque in Jinnah Park under its control on Yearly rent basis, The auction will be held on
at 12:00 PM in the Head Office of PHA Multan under thc supervision of Auction Committee. grief

Original ID card is compulsory for all participants. Successful bidder shall also deposit photo copy
of ID card for oficial recordl
CDR/Pay Order having equal value of Earnest Money shall be deposited with the PHA Multan four
days before the date of auction.
PHA Multan will provide the place/location five kanal for Marriage Hall / Marque whereas all the
expenditures shall be borne by the successful bidder himself.
PHA Multan will provide Electricity Connection/Meter to the successful bidder. However, the
successful bidder shall be bound to pay Demand Notice of new electricity connection and monthly
bill of electricity, PHA Multan is authorized to disconnect the supply of electricity if the successful
bidder fails to pay electricity bill within its due date.
The tenancy period will be up to 10 years in which the competent authority will be obliged to
increase further upto by mutual consent in case of good performance.
The rent should be increased by 10% of the total auctioned amount per year.
The successful bidder shall be bound to pay all taxes levied by Federal and Provincial Government.
The Successful bidder shall be liable to deposit the rent advance every year.
The earnest money amount paid by the successful bidder will be kept in the account of PHA
Multan as security against the rent as per auction collection rules and shall be adjusted toward
the rent whenever applicable. However, the earnest money will be returned to the successful
bidder at the end of the tenure of rent agreement after rendition of account.
If any Court of law, Government Of Punjab or PHA Multan issues order for the closure of the
Marriage Hall / Marque the rent Of the period during which the Marriage Hall/ Marque remained
closed shall not be recovered from the successful bidder.
The Successful bidder shall construct Marriage Hall / Marque, as per design provided to him by
the department.
The successful bidder for Marriage Hall / Marque will build will bear all the costs themselves.
The successful bidder shall bear the expenditures n to be incurred upon making the agreement.
In case oi any dispute ariSing between r 'cs, the matter would be referred to the Director
final and binding upon parties,

Prior to depositingC6@ ith the department; partakers in the bid shall deposit Five thousand for
obtaining relevant document.
The successfu b!dder will not sale let the site.
In order fp€the bidder/firm to participate in the bid, it will be necessary to have its own. To
participate•in the bid the bidder/firm must have at least five years of Marriage Hall / Marque /
Hotel experience which must be submitted with the CDR.
The successful bidder shall be under obligation to deposit rent of six months in advance within
three days after approval of his bid is accorded by the competent authority. In case of failure, the
security amount deposited by the successful bidder shall be forfeited in favor of PHA Multan.
The competent authority "Director General PHA Multan" shall be authorized to reject one or all
bids without assigning any reason, even if it be a highest bid.
Further terms & conditions will be settled during making the agreement. The successful bidder
shall remain adhered to all terms & conditions.
