All & sundry Is Informed through advertisement that Municipal Committee.
Wazirabad is auctioning of its following Income head for contract as per thc schedule for the
financial year 2024-25 at office of Chief Officer of Municipal Committee' Wazirabad on
at 12:00 PM The Interested persons, who hove got themselves
registered / renewed with any District of Punjab for the fiscal year 2024•2S, may participate In
the open auction by showing up such registration on the stipulated time. Bring the original copy
of registration / renewal along. Few terms and conditions to participate in bidding are as
follows. However, detailed terms and conditions of auction, the photocopy of which shall be
provided at the time of auction on demand by any bidder, shall also be read out on the spot.
Further information can be obtained from the office Of Municipal Officer (Finance), MC.
Wazirabad during working hours and heads of income shall be auctioned under PIGS
(Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016:•

The earnest money given against each Head of Income in thc shape of bank call
deposit In favor of the MC. Wazirabad, shall have to be submitted prior to
bidding.
No defaulter contractor, blacklisted person / company shall bc eligible to
participate in the auction proceedings.
Every bidder shall have to show his national identity card to the Convener,
Auction Sub-Committee before participating in bidding. He shall also furnish Its
one attested copy.
The successful Bidder's earnest money shall be deposited with MC. Wazirabad
Fund. Whereas, the earnest money
successful bidders shall be returned on
the spot.
The successful bidder's shall be o nd to provide his guarantor whose property
value is equal to that of copyact amount, and he must have an NTN No,
