CTD Bahawalpur Region invites E-Bids based on Framework contract in accordance with PPRA Rules on the Punjab
Procurement Rules 2014, from the firms / contractors (income tax & sales tax registered), for the Hiring of Service /
Purchase of Items for "Hot & Cold" "POL Charges (Purchase of Lubricant)" "Stationery" "Printing Charges" "Payment to
Others for Service Rendered" "Computer Stationery" "Purchase of Dietary Items / Lunch Boxes (Muharram/Chehlum
Duties" "Fair & Exhibition" "Training Aid" "Tent & Terpal" "Others / Misc. Items" "Repair / Replacement of Parts of Spare
Parts of Vehicles & Purchase of Filters (Transport Repair") "Repair / Replacement of parts of Machinery (Machinery &
Equipment Repair)" "Repair of Furniture" "Hardware & Equipment" "Repair of Software" "Cost of Others Store" through
open competitive bidding (item wise) for the financial year 2024-25.

CONDITIONS
E-Bids/Ténder will be opened on Tuesday* 23407.2024 at 12.00 Hours on along with Samples, BouCher / Catalogue etc.
in presence of bidders or their representatives and procurement committee under PPRA Rule 30(1).

All the procurements will be made by using electronic means through EPADS under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of
Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The bidding documents containing all terms & conditions, requirements, specification
etc, can be down loaded online at PPRA i.e. http://ppra.puniab.gov.pk and EPADS website i.e. http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before
closing date and time. Bidding documents may be available immediately after the date of publication under Rule 2511) free of cost on
PPRA Website and EPADS in accordance with sub regulation-a of Punjab ProcuremenVFegulation 2022. In case of public holiday due to
any reasons the date of receiving and opening the tenders will be considered the 6éxQyorking day.
