PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
No.Proc.01/24.25(R r)
The Emergency Services Department intends to prequalify the Event Management
Companies in terms of Rule 16 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 to arrange
transport, catering, event halls, advertisement, tent setup for open air events,
accommodation, admin/ reception and ancillary items for events including Asia Pacific
Earthquake Response Exercise, International Rescue Challenge, National Rescue
Challenge, National Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) Skill
Competition, Passing out Ceremonies etc.
The interested companies having relevant experience for the management of National/
International events are invited to participate individually or in JV mode. The
companies must be registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
(SECP) having valid tax registrations with tax Departments in Pakistam
TERMS OF REFERENCE
I) The Prequalification and subsequent bidding process shall be conducted
through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e.PADS) approved by
the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
2) The applicant companies must be registered with e-PADS and shall submit its
application for prequalification through e-PADS.
3) The interested companies shall use the "uploading PDF file method" through
e-PADS for the submission of their e-bids
4) Interested companies can download th requalification Documents by using
e-PADS or from the website of PPR (i.e. without
payment of tender fee. In case. thJcompanies choose to get the Prequalification
Documerlts from the Emergen
ervices Department, it can be obtained on the
payment of Rs. 1 ,000/- (non-
ndable and non-adjustable) from the below-given
address on any working day mediately after publication of this notice up to
240-2024.
5) Applications along WI required documents must be submitted through e-PADS
by 25-07-2024 notopter than 12:00 pm which shall be opened electronically on
the same date at 2:30 pm in the Conference Room at the below given address.
6) No applicatio
all be accepted after the due date and time. In case ofa holiday,
the procur
t procedure shall be done on the next working day at the same
place and time.
7) Only the prequalified companies shall be allowed to participate in the subsequent
bidding process.
8) Procurement shall be out as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and
Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
