TENDER NOTICE
Elite Force Police Department invites sealed tenders for the supply/provision of Cooked
food items to the trainees at Elite Police Training Centre Hakimabad Nowshera @per
person per day in the cu financial year 2024-25 based on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Procurements Rules 2014 from approved Government Contractors registered with
Income Tax, Sales Tax & KPRA Departments having renewed upto 2023-24. Tenders
be addressed to the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar,
The last date for submission of Tenders/Quotätions is 19th July 2024 and will be
opened on the same date at 11:00 hours, in presence of Tender Opening Committee
and intending bidders in the office of Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa at Central Police Offce Peshawar-
2. The offers shall be accepted only with original bidding documents and all kind of
Registrations and Taxes Invoices, Photocopies will not be accepted.
3. Bidding documents, Mess Menu, Scale and other information can be obtained from
the offce of the Accountant Elite Force CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar on any
working day in offce hours before 18th July 2024.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Bidders shall submit 02% Earnest Money an amounting to Rs. 200000/- with
their quotations in the shape of Bank Draftspfany scheduled Bank in favour of
the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khybei Pakhtunkhwa, In case of non
acceptance of tenders, the earnes money,Yill be refunded after finalization of
tender.
In case of acceptance of tenders, th bidders shall deposit a security @ 10% of
the total value in the form of Bankbraft on the name of the Deputy Commandant
Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar and sign the contract agreement on
stamp paper with Elite Forc plice Department which will be applicable upto
30.06.2025; security shall
nded on successful completion of financial year.
The bidder must submit
ry evidence that the firm has capability/capacity
and previous experiehce supply/provide Cooked Food items as scale similar
to trainees at EPT Hakimabad Nowshera being tendered.
Rates quoted wo be considered only if the same are in Pak Rupees and
inclusive of all Vt: taxes/duties/charges as applicable.
Cooked foo$l ems must be Supplied/provided in accordance with the approved
standardi$teriu and Scale, if the contractor failed to do so the competent authority
is authorized to impose penalty on the contractor under KPPRA Rules,
Conditional Tender/Application will not be entertained.
Payment shall only be made to Contractor after receiving/passing bills from
Accountant General Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar,
