REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
FOR SELECTION OF PROFESSIONAL
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training is implementing
World Bank's funded Program (Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive
and Responsive Education Program (ASPIRE)". A Project Coordination Unit
(PCU) has already been established by the Ministry which will provide guidance
on, and oversight to, the overall implementation and performance of the
program. The Ministry required services of the following Individual Consultant
positions who shall be rendering services as a key project staff in the PCU:
1. Financial Management Specialist
Detailed qualification and experience, scope of the services and TORs are
available on the website of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional
training at http://www.mofept.gov.pk.
Ministry of Federal Education a d Professional Training Invites eligible
candidates to express their inty st in providing services against above
mentioned position. The cons!ltant will be selected in accordance with the
Section VI I Open Competitivfelection of Individual Consu Itant of World Bank's
Procurement Regulations pr IPF Borrowers 2016, revised November 2017,
August 2018 and Nove b r' 2020.
Interested IndividualsCpeeting the eligibility and qualification criteria as
mentioned in TORs, ay submit their Expression of Interest through a Cover
Letter duly indicatibg the position along with CV, supporting documents, and
expected monthl •emuneration at the address mentioned below latest by 19th
July, 2024 duön office hours in person or by e-mail at the address mentioned
below.
The selected candidates will be offered market based remuneration and will be
employed initially for a period of one year.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage
