TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sealed quotation should reach the offi undersigned on or before 23rd July,
2024(10:30 AM) and tenderwill be o e on the same dayat I I :OOAM.
All work / supply will have to beampeted strictly as per specification /
prescribed time (ifany) mentioned inthe tenderdocuments.
Supply orderwill be issued subj"tfo availabilityoffunds.
Call deposit receipt (CDR) 5% of the total bid value from any schedule /
KCBL bank must be attached in favor of Director Agriculture Research Gilgit
Baltistan; tender offer with6Ut call deposit will not be entertained.
Contractors/ SupplierOFitms may offer only they have complete setup (own
shop & workshop) yith all documentaryevidence.
Only registered firms/ dealers will be eligible to participate. They must attach a
copyofregistrqtiéh otherwise their tenderwill be rejected.
Work experience in relevant field, Firm registration certificate, CNIC of the
owner, lette aid of Firm with address, vender Number & telephone Number
must be attached with the bidding documents.
The lowest contractors/ Firms shall be responsible to provide any item which is
not mention in the bidding documents of the above categories on market rates.
Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete tenders shall not be accepted
Competent authority reserves the right to reject the offers as per the clause 33
of the PPRA rules/ guide lines.
Tender rates shall be valid up to 30th June, 2025.
