ir-repairable Transformers on the basis of single stage one envelope bidding
procedure from Registered / pre-qualified firms (having sound track record for
manufacturing of new Transforming/ Redaiming of damaged irreparable
transformers with DISCOS/ NTDC / WAPDA) as per WAPDA specifications, detail
