The office of the Executive Engineer E&M (Workshop) Division CWPP&H Department Quetta invites
technical proposals of Contractors/firms along with sealed financial proposals (Single Stage-Two
Envelope Bidding Procedure) for above mentioned work from interested firms / Contractors. All
interested bidders are required to submit documents as per following brief in support of their
technical/FinanciaI proposal:The procurement shall be out in accordance with Balochistan Public
Procurement Regulatory, Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws BASIC ELIGIBILITY:
(a)The Contractor must have fresh valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 and above
with specialized code in relevant discipline and active registration with tax
authorities i.e (NTN, Sales tax Department and BRA). BID SECURITY The bid must accompany bid
security in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee of amount specified above in the name of the under-
signed from a schedule bank TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Shall consists of the Following Documents:
Name of Firm I Contractor with year of establishment along with postal address and telephone number,
Name of Technical Supervisory staff I Management Staff along with their qualifications / experience and
proof of their stay with the firm, with fresh affidavit as per criteria specified in bidding data. 3 No of Projects,
similar nature of work completed during last 5 years. (Details should be given as per criteria specified in
bidding documents). 2 No of Projects similar nature and cost in hand. (Details should be given as per
criteria specified in bidding documents) Fresh Registratidiijr Clearance from income tax Department and
BRA. Original must showon Submission/ Opening technical Proposals. Detail TurnoverofatIeast29
.999 million for the last (3) three years showing the
Cial capacity of firm as per criteria specified in the
Bidding Documents. Under taking on judicial paperthat the firm was never black listed / no litigation by any
Government / Semi Government OrganiZåtiOn, separate for each work, It is mandatory that the
Contractor must show the original fresh ÉC valid registration i.e 2024-25 with Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) on the time of submiss

DEADLINES OF SUMBISSION: Technical and financial proposals from intending contractors/firms
sealed in Woseparates envelopes clearly marked with Work title & type of proposal must be delivered by
hand or through registered mail to the address mentioned below on or before July, 2024 at 12:00
Hrs. OPENNING: The envelope containing "Technical Bids" will be opened on the same day 1$ July,
2024 at 13:00 Hrs. before procurement committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend. The Second sealed envelope containing "Financial of
technically responsive f qualified bidders will be opened later, the date ofwhich will be communicated after
