The Reform Support Unit, School Education and Literacy
Department (RSU-SE&LD), Government of Sindh, now invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders/contractors. Eligible bidders must
be registered with relevant professional authorities and have at least
one operational office in Karachi. The bids are for supplyiog goods
with ancillary services for the contract mentioned abovå.as detailed
turther in the bidding document.
The procurement wlll be conducted throug pen Natlonal
Competltlve Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope
Procedure, as specified under Rule-I Rule-46(1) ot
the SPP Rules, 2010. This process is open'!o dlleliglble bidders who

Bidders who download the bidding documents from the RSU or
SPPRA website must submit a pay order or demand draft of
Rs. in favour of the Reform suppon unit, UNICEF Funds
along with their bid at the time of bid submission.
Bids containing the requisite supporting documents must be
delivered In a sealed envelope clearly marked with the procurement
tltle, to the address given below, on or before 4:00 PM on July 23,
2024. Electronic blds will not be permitted, and late blds will be

designated representatives at the address specified in the bidding
documents at 4:30 PM on July 23, 2024. In case of a public holiday
or any unforeseen event an the bid opening date, the bids will be
received and opened on the next business day at the same time and
venue.
All bids shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days starting
trom the date ot the bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid
secunty equivalent to 2% ot the total quoted bid. The bid security
should be In the torm ot a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank
Guarantee, valid tor twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bld validity
period. It must be Issued by a scheduled bank In Pakistan In tavor ot
the Reform Support Unit, UNICEF Funds.
The bids received in unsealed covers will not be entertained.
RSU-SE&LD (Procuring Entity) reserves the right to annul the
bidding process and reject all bids or proposals, as per SPP Rules
2010 (Amended upto date).
