of Rs. 3000/- in shape of Pay Order i Demand Draft (Non-Refundable) in favor of Vice Chancellor LIJMHS, Jamshoro during office
hours, within due date & time along with the desired documents / Eligibility Criteria.
Submission: Bids completed in all respects in sealed envelopes mentioning name of work and marked as "Technical and Financial"
must be accompanied by a Bid Security 2% of bid price in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour ot Vice Chancellor LIJMHS,
Jamshoro.
Opening:
1. Technical Proposal(s) will be opened on ?
-2024 (Thursday) at 11:30 a.m in presence of Committee Members and
representatives of bidders who wish to attend&hereas the Financial Proposal will be retained with Tender Opening Committee.
2. The Technical Proposal(s) submitted will be evaluated byTechnical Committee and thereafter Financial Proposals
of only technically qualified bidders will opened by the committee on the date and time to be communicated to the bidders.
3 The Financial Proposals of the bids ,Jound technically disqualified shall be returned unopened to the respective bidders.
4. In case of unusual circumstances haers will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
