1. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900Hrs. to 1600Hrs.) on Monday to Friday
from under- mentioned office, Islamabad.
2. Issuance oftender documents shall be closed one day arllerto the opening date.
3. Fixed Bid Security amounting to Rs. 1.4 Million in thPfo of CDR or Bank Guaranty from scheduled
banks of Pakistan, as specified in Tender Docume 'Shallhave to be submitted along with bid. However,
if any bidder opts to submit Bank Guaranty, it mus have an expiry date of atleast 6 months from the date
of bid opening. Otherwise, bid shall be rejected.
4. Bid Security must be enclosed in a [email protected] envelope along with tender, with name of work
clearly mentioned on the envelope,
5 Two copies of BOQ shall be subnyitte bidder (one original & 2nd photocopy) and both shall be
sealed, pre- signed and stamped "d hame of work shall be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
6. Rates shall be written in figures and words in separate columns. In case of conflict in figures and words,
the rate quoted in words shall
7. Competent authority may.rqeCt any or all bids/ proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or
proposal.
8. Tender will not be i sue" or accepted by Post/Courier/ Telegraphic means.
9. Tender Evaluatio mmittee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check their
reasonability and workability.
10. Incomplete proposal/ bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive.
