QUOTATION 1 TENDER NOTICE
The Cantonment Board Malir, invites electronic bids
for Repair / maintenance of lift at CB Health Centre,
Malir Cantt in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004
(As amended upto date) from the eligible firms /
contractors registered With Income Tax and Sales
Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers
List of the Federal Board of Revenue and also
registered with Cantonment Board Malir being
procuring entity for electronic bidding.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Bid documents, instruction and specification can be viewed I downloaded from
E-Tender portal at https://etender.mlc.gov.pk.
2. The Bidder shall submit 5% Bid security of the estimated cost sealed in
envelope in the shape of call deposit at (Original) by hand or through courier
before closing date & time.
3. The quotations / tenders should only be submittegelectronically online, on or
before 22 July, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. through E-Tender pohal of ML&C Departments
(https//etender.mlc.gov.pk) which will be opened pmtbe same day electronically at
12:30 p.m. The contractors will be able to see
parative statement online.
4. No manual tender shall be entertaine
5. The bidder can register themseves with Cantonment Board Malir at
etender.mlc.gov.pk for online biddinftne day prior to the last date of submission
of the electronic bids.
6. Any information regarding e E-Tender can be obtained from the offce of the
Cantonment Executive fficer during office hours. Furthermore, the Contractor
User Manual regarding -'Bidding has been uploaded in English and Urdu
language on the E-Te der portal i.e https://etender.mlc.gov.pk/guide.
7. Who provide' Incorrect information shall stand disqualified and will be
debarred undegule 19 of the PPRA Rule, 2004 (As amended).
8. Time allowed for completion of the work is as specified in the NIT which will
start from the issuance of letter of acceptance.
9. Electronic Bids will be valid for 06 Months and rates shall be inclusive of FOR
destination.
10. Advertisement is also available on the PPRA Website.
11. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable Govemment Taxes.

12. Cantonment Board / Cantonment Executive Offcer reserves the right to reject
all the quotations (before acceptance) as per PPRA Rules.
