ing scheme through ly intnniuced E-Tcndering vide Notification No.SOl
26.0$.2023.
All Contractors who are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) can to panicipatc In
Open E.Tcndering System. Procurement strictly be adopted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

Contractor may register firm on website www.ecnw.puniab.gov.pk Of Communication & Works
Department. Lahore by submitting their requisite infomation.
Aner registration on E•Tendering website www.ecnw.mtnjab.gov.pk contractor Of cligible
categories may participate in E-Tcndering.
Contractors may generate thc Tcndcr FCC Challan (32-A) / Payment Slip ID (PSID). amounting to
Rs: 10.000b. Contractor / Bidder has to will upload scanned copy of payment rcccipt on contractor
portal and payment receipt shall be required to submit in the officc of undersigned before tender
opening time.
Requisite Tender fec be received / collected through e-pay Punjab Mobilc Application with
Buildings Works Code.C02'06.
After uploading the tender Fee challan paid voucher, contractor / bidder has to upload scanned
copied of Call Dcposit Receipt (CDR)@ 5% ofthe estimate cost of any scheduled bank, Original
CDR must be submitted to thc office of undersigned on tender opcning datc bcforc closing time.
Contractor has to quote online percentage rates on below or above basis upto 22.012024 at
02:00PM after reviewing B.O.Q orthe schemc availablc at wcbsite. The rates quoted online by the
contractor will bc downloadcd from wcbsitc and will bc announced on same date at 02:30 PM.
All thc contractors participating in E-Tendering will be bound to submit thcir Original CDRs, paid
tender fec challans with letter heads in thc omcc ofthe undersigned. Otherwise. the contractor will
bc dcclarcd as disqualificd in thc prcscncc of Tender Opening Committee.
In case of false information, fake CDR & fake tender fcc challan, the contractor will bc liable to
disqualify as per PPRA Rules and will not be eligible to participate in upcoming tender of C&W,
Government of the Punjab. Further his ease will be forwarded to PEC and PPRA for initiation of
Strict Legal Action.
In case the lowest biddcr whosc bid will be more than 5% beGvof DNIT of the work, the lowcst
bidder will be bound to deposit the difference tktween bid & estimate cost ns per rate quoted
by the Bidder as Quality Assurance Security in shape pfC@Il Dcposit or Bank Guarantee from any
schedule bank within IS days after opening oftendcr. Lowest bidder will have 10 upload the CDR
or Bank Guarantee on the website & will submit the original CDR I Bank Guarantee in the office
ofundersigned, othcrwisc the tender of thc lowest bidder will stand cancelled & eamest mney will
be forfeited in favour of the Government.
