Parks and Horticulture Authority, Gujranwala is public sector authority set up by Government of
the Punjab undet 'The Parks & Horticulture Authority Act 2012* PHA hereby intends to seek
proposals/ideas form firms/sponsors„'•
The Authority is interested to beautify the city by creative ideas e.g plantation, light effects,
Motifs, Bridge beautification, Entrances/Roundabouts, Green belts, painting or by using any
Other materi&l or medium and remain responsible for the maintenance of their work on
sponsorship basis.
In this connection, proposals/deas are invited from advertising Firm/ Traders, companies/
firms/ corporate sector/ having adequate resources and keen interest for
beautification of the city.
The Key parameter for active participations;
a. Interested companies, firm, traders shall be responsible for installation/
operational process for the projects on mutually agreed terns and period with PHA
All works and facifities sponsored shall be of the highest quality and state-of-the art outlook.
Apart from the above, the interested parties shall provide following.
a) layout/conceptual themes for Artwotkend site.
b} Proposed Plan
t) Timefines.
d} Firmlccmpany/personal projects
The sponsor will display his material (Logo/Advertising) cn space end on agreed terms
