Procurement of Laptops
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed bids from bidders for procurement of 100,000
laptops against multiple Purchase Orders as per details mentioned in the RFR
The bidders should be in relevant business operations in Pakistan at least forthe last five calendar years.
The bidders should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers List of the
Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, et
available at HEC website and can also be
obtained in hard form from Regional Coordinator (PMYLS) mm [email protected], HEC, Islamabad from
Monday to Friday during working hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMi
The price of the bidding documents is Rs. 30,000/- whic can e deposited online in Habib Bank Limited, H-9
Shalimar Branch A/c No. PK38HABB00174279001334PfåS'per Rule 23 (5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004,
The bidding documents can also be downloadedfro www.hec.gov.pkand www.ppra.org.pk) free of cost. However,
to participate in the bidding process, interested bid Will be required to purchase a registered copy from the HEC.
The bidding shall be conducted in line with
(b) Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure of the Public
Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be companied by a Bid Security in the form of a fixed amount of Rs.
200 million in the shape of Bank Draft/Paf0rder.
The original bid (Technical and Financial) along with two hard copies of Technical Bid and soft copy in USB,
properly filled in, duly signed andycldsed in one sealed envelope(s) in line with PPRA rule 36 (b) Single Stage —Two

Lecture Hall, Building No. 4, Higher Education Commission, Sector H-9,_ Islamabad. HEC shall not be held liable
for any delays that maypycl/r in the submission of bids bythe bidders, no matter whateverthe reasons are/ is.
The bid's technical oposal will be publicly opened promptly thereafter public and in the presence of bidders'
