E-TENDERING NOTICE
Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division No. I Faisalabad intends to tender out
following scheme through newly vide Notification ) I •49/2023/3652
dated 26.05.2023.
All Contractors who are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) can to participate in
Open E-Tcndcring System. Procurement procedure strictly be adopted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
Contractors can participate in E•Tendcring after fulfilling mowing terms & conditions:

Contractor may register firm on website www.ggnw.pvnia11ßoy.Qk or Communication & Works
Department. Lahorc by submitting their requisite information.
After registration on E-Tendering website www.ccqw.mmiob.gqv.pk contractor of eligible
categories may participate in E-Tendering.
Contractors may generate the Tcndcr Fec Challan (32-A) / Payment Slip ID (PSID). amounting to
Rs: 10.000/•. Contractor / Bidder has to will upload scanned copy ofpaymcnt rcccipt on contractor
portal and payment receipt shall be required to submit in the office of undersigned before tender
opening time.
Requisite Tender fee bc received I collected through e-pay Punjab Mobile Application with
Buildings Works Codc.C02706.
After uploading the tender Fee challan paid voucher. contractor / bidder has to upload scanned
copied of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) @ 5% of the estimate cost of any scheduled bank. Original
CDR must be submitted to thc office of undersigned on tender opening datc before closing time.
Contractor has to quote online percentage rates on below or abovc basis upto 22.07.2024 at
02:00PM after reviewing B O.Q of the schemc available at website. The rates quoted online by thc
contractor will bc downloadcd from wcbsitc and will be announced on same date at 02:30 PM.
All the contractors participating in E-Tendering will be bound to submit their Original CDRS. paid
tender fee challans with letter hcads in thc officcofthe undersigned. Otherwise, thc contractor will
be declared as disqualified in thc prcscncc of Tcndcr Opening Committee.
In case of false information, fake CDR & fake tender fcc challan, the contractor will be liable to
disqualify as per PPRA Rules and will 110t be eligible to participate in upcoming tender ofC&W,
Government of the Punjab. Further his case will be forwarded to PEC and PPRA for initiation of
Strict Legal Action.
In case the lowest bidder whose bid will be more than 5% below of DNIT of the work, the lowest
bidder will be bound to deposit thc difference between the bid & cstimatc cost as per rate quoted
by the Bidder as Quality Assurance Security in shape of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from any
schedule bank within 5 days after opening of tender. Lowest bidder will have to upload the CDR
or Bank Guarantee on the website & will submit the original CDR/ Bank Guarantee in the office
ofundersigned, otherwise the tender ofthe lowest bidder will stand cancelled & eamest money will
be forfeited in favour of the Government.
