HIRING OF A BUILDING ON RENT
FOR PLRA HEAD OFFICE - LAHORE
Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA). Government of the
Punjab, requires a commercial building/floor on rent for its
office extension at the estimated rent of PKR 3.5M per annum.
Building should preferably be located within 4-km radius o
P LRA Head Office (2-Krn 'lhokar Niaz Baig bypass, Main
Multan Road, Lahore), Following is required:
i. Minimum covered area Of commercial building / floor
2500 sq. ft.
ii. Structure of the building must be in good shape &
condition with the provision of electricity, water, security,
sewerage system and availability of ample parking space.
iii. The building must not be in any _éispute or under any
litigation. The owner/ owner(s) not be blacklisted by
any Govt/Semi Govt
