Sealed tenders are invited from reputed registered Government firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors for repair/
maintenance and supply of spare parts (two/four wheeler vehicles in respect of SPU for the financial year 2024-25.

Sealed tenders may be submitted on foltowing date to the undersigned, which will be opened on the
same day in presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives at Central Police Office

Contractors/suppliers have complete set up (own shop/workshop), technical experts/staff, vast and past
experience with documentary evidence).
The contractors/suppllers must be sole proprietor having their own complete setup (shop or workshop)
containing adequate supplies in Gilgit-Baltistan and they will be bound to supply demanded items at the
SPU HQ CPO Gilgit.
The bid should be accompanied a cal deposit (with technical bid) as mentioned above.
The bid security / call deposit in f Bank Draft/Pay Order by a scheduled bank in the name of SP
SPU HQ CPO Gilgit should be ed with the bidding/tender documents. Tender without call deposit
from a scheduled bank will not e accepted.
The bidding documents of ly registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors shall be entertained.
The rates of items if not$overed in the "Prescribed Form" will 'be determined in accordance with the
prevalent retail price in market at the time of supply.
All kinds of taxes a plicable (if any) will be inclusive in the bid price and borne by the firms/dealers/
suppliers/contrac
Conditional, amPiguous and incomplete bids shall not be accepted.
Bank statemen for the last 02 years, 05 years work experience in relevant field and registration certificate
must be attached with the bidding documents duly attested.
Tender Committee reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in the line with rule-36 of GB PPRA
Rules-2022.
Note: Bidding documents can be obtained from SPU Office CPO, Gilgit on all working days.
