Tendering will be in two separate envelops clearly
marked as Technical and Financial proposal

• Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs.
1,000/- (non-refundable) fro T asurer Office at the

03:00pm) except Saturday and Sundays.
Tender must be delivere4 t the address mentioned
below on or before July 22nd, 2024 at 11:00 am.
• Tender will be openeg 'n the same day at 11:30 am. At
the first stage, only echnical proposals will be opened,
where-as Financia proposals of technically qualified
firms will be ope e at second stage.
Tenders sub Itted late will not be considered.
In case of ho •day, proceeding of the tender will be
conducted Zn next working day.
• Black list€cf companies or the companies involved in
litigati?0 will not be entertained.
