INVITATION OF QUOTATION FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Sealed Bids as per SPPRA Rules 2019 (Amended upto date)
are hereby invited under Single Stage Single Envelope method
from the interested Bidders / Suppliers / Contractors i Firms for
Procurement of Goods and Services under O&M/M&R to Tubewells /
Pumping Stations / Colony / Drainage Network / Government
Vehicles and Abkalani Material etc for the year 2024-25.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding document from office
of the Executive Engineer, Drainage Division LBOD, Shaheed
Benazirabad after making payment of Rs. 3,000/- each as tender
fee (non-refundable) from the date of publication in newspapers
or hoisting of SPPRA website or download from SPPRA's
website on any working day during office hours upto 22.07.2024.
2. The bids must be delivered to the above office 0 or before
23.07.2024 at 11.00 A.M and must be accomF@1ied a bid
security of 2% in shape of Call Deposit issued scheduled
bank and opened on same date i.e. 23.07.20 4Q12.OO noon.

3. Bidding document fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 3,000/- & Call
Deposit / Bid Security Fee (as referred above) may be submitted
in favour ot "Executive Engineer, Drainage Division LBOD,
Shaheed Benazirabad" and no bid will be entertained without
Call Deposit / Bid Security.
4. The rates once quoted shall remain valid & effective upto
30.06.2025 for Procurement of Materials, Goods, Hiring of
Machinery and Engaging skilled / unskilled Labour etc: in case
O Newspaper ( 04 Jul, 2024)
6. The bidders whose bids are found most advantageous are
bound to supply the Materials, Goods, Hiring of Machinery and
engaging skilled / unskilled Labour etc: as and when ordered
during the financial year 2024-25.
7. The bidders are advised to produce original call deposit. No
photocopy of call deposit will be accepted / entertained.
8. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices
as no negotiation will be accepted after bid opening & the rates
quoted must inclusive of all taxes of prevailing rates in-vogue.
9. In case of the undersigned or any member of Procurement
Committee is out of headquarters or in case of public holiday the
bids will be opened on the next working day.
10. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject / accept
any or all bids under the provision of SPPRA Rules 2019
(Amended upto date).
