01. The bid Solicitation documents can be obtained on a separate written application for each scheduled
work from the office of WSSC Mingora Swat up to the last date of submission of bids during office
timing after paying the tenderfee PKR. 2000 (non-refundable) separately for each scheduled work in
the shape ofa bank cash deposit slip in favor of Chief Executive Officer WSSC Mingora Swat, Bank
d Makanbagh Mingora Swat.
02. Only Technical Bids will be opened on the dat bid opening in the presence of interested bidders,
while the financial bids oftechnically qualifiedbidders will be opened on a date to be intimated later on,
03, The Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 2024 at 3:00 Pm in WSSC Mingora Swat Conference
Room.
04, The Firms/ Bidders/contractors uoting their bid up to a limit of 10% below on Engineers Estimate
shall submita bid security@ ly ofthe Engineer's Estimate, infavorofChiefExecutiveOfficer•
WSSCMingoraSwatand dbeattachedwiththebiddingdocuments.
05, The contractors quotingthefrbids more than 10% belowupto 20% belowon Engineers Estimate shall
submit along with theirbids 8% Additional Security of the Engineer's Estimated cost in addition to 2%
bid security. Othe@onditions notified vide KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)NoI: 1-24/2021-22
dated Peshawar;the May 10, 2022, shall be intact.
06. The bidders/céffactors/firmsshould provide all relevantdocuments oftheir registration along with the
application on letterhead separatelyfor each scheduled work.
07. All Biddersare required to be registeredwith the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa RevenueAuthority.
08. All federal and provincial duties/ stamp duty/ taxes including sale tax will be recoverable as per
directives ofthe government issued from time to time.
09. In case, or more bids are found equal, the lowest bidder shall be decided through Toss/draw
amongstthem.
