The firm must have Valid Registration in Category C-5 & above with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) up to 30-06-2025, possessing relevant fields of specialization, and having valid Income Tax (N TN) & Sales Tax Registration with FBR. 2 Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Bidding Procedure will be adopted. Envelopes containing technical information of bids must be clearly marked as "Technical Bid", and the envelopes containing the Bid Price must be clearly marked as "Financial Bid." 3. Interested Bidders may download the NIT / bidding documents from e-PADS (https:/leprocure.gov.pk), PPRA Website (www.ppra.org.pk) and FGEHA Website (wm.fgeha.gov.pk). 4. Interested Bidders may visit the project site to get acquainted with the existing conditions and also to get familiar with the quantum of work and nature of assignment. 5. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-07-2024 at 11 Hours, at Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Directorate of Maintenance, Bazar # 5, Street # 13, Sector G-13/3, Islamabad. 6. The Proposals (Technical & Financial), prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the NIT, must be submitted on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) through electronic means only, upto 12:00 Hrs date&18-07-2024. Technical Proposals shall be opened on the same date at 12:30 Hrs. 7. E-Tenders without attachment of Bid Secatyin favourofFGEHAequal to 3.0 % of NIT amount shall be rejected. 8. Proposal(s) received after presc ime and date shall be rejected. 9. Partial, incomplete and condif nal idsshall not be considered. 10. The bidders providing fak rged, unsubstantiated and false information shall be liable to legal actions i. sg lificationorblacklisting. 11.
