The Hepatitis Program Quetta invites bids from eligible Bidders for
supply of following items. TSE-242507470121 Only electronic bid

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules— 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 03 Assignments
of Similar Nature and Complexity 30,000,000. Turn over of at least
10,000,000 PKR Amount in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence
in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding firm must
not be culy blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan
Separate envelope containing technical & Financial Bid must be
submitted for each Manufacturer Authorization from Manufacturer in
favor of Bidder ifTender is being quoted by any Firm other than the
Manufacturer Bidding Firm must be an Active Tax Payer Declaration
of NO substandard I spurious / adulterated / mis-branded
manufacturing or any other section of the Drug Act 1976 imposed by
any Drug Testing Laboratory or Regulatory body of any quoted
item's within last two years Supplies must be made at most
reasonable prices for bulk order which must be below the Trade price
of that product's AND the Bidder must agree to serve the Contract
within 3 (three) Month from the date of Supply Order from the date of
Supply Order Shelf life must be 75% and 70% (form the date of
supply of medicine) for local products and imported products

used for production of Tab- Tenofovir Alafenamide 25 mgt Tab:
Sofosbuvir 400 mg and Daclatasvir is from originator or their
licensee/FDA(USA)/ European Union. The advertised drug
(Sofosbuvir + Daclatasvir) have minimum 02-year market
experience Valid DRAP registration of Quoted Product Registration
with respective DRUG Regularity Authority as Drug Manufacturer
and drug seller The Manufacturer must b#ertified for Good
Manufacturing Practices by DRAP or respective Drug Regulatory of
the Country of Manufacturing According (WIMS PAK (Pakistan
Pharmaceutical Sales Index) 5% manufacturer

Certifying Organization such FDA I WHO/ European
