The tender shall be å$t@lectronically on or before 19th July, 2024upto 12:30 pm on the
website (httpsflétetider.mlc.gov.pk) and shall be opened on the same day at 02:00
pm in the pres nee of tenderer or their authorized representative, who may like to be
present.

Canteeoard / Executive Officer reserve the rights to reject the tender as per PPRA
Rule No.33 (1) 5004 due to any reason thereof.
The successful contractor shall enter into prescribed agreement (at their own cost on
non- judicial stamp peper) with the CB Gujranwala within 07 days of issuance of
acceptance letter.
The validity of tender rates shall be upto 180 days as per PPRA Rules.
In case if the lowest bid is less than reasonable rates. the lowest bidder shall have to
deposit standing security (refundable after successful completion of the work)
reasonable amount decided by the undersigned in the call deposit within 07 days. In
case of failure the already deposited 2% earnest money shall be forfeited and tender
will be cancelled.
The contractor / bidders, who quote their bids / rates more than the
Engineer's estimates. shall submit performance guarantee equal to 8% of the
estimated cost under the rule 39 of PPRA Rules 2004.
Cantonment Board Gujranwala shall not supply any kind of material and machinery
to the contractor,
The successful contractor / bidder will deposit all dues approved by the Board
before awarding the relevant contractL
