In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the
NIT amount, the bidder shall submit additional Call
Deposit (CDR) as Performance Security equal to the
difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount
less 10% OT NIT amount, The additional Performance
Guarantee shall be submitted along with the bid, Bids
having the rates below 10% of NIT without additional Call
Deposit will be rejected. The Call Deposit of additional
amount of Successful Bidder shall be released upon
furnishing the enhanced Performance Security
acceptable to Employer and signing ot Contract
Agreement.
