WAPDA BID NOTICE
1. Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore,
invites sealed bids from the Manufacturers / Proprietors or their
Authorized Distributor (must have authorization letter),
registered with Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department
and on Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue for
the work of Washing of linen. The initially contract will be made
for one year and will be extendable for further one year with
mutual consent. Single stage two envelope procedure shall
be adopted as per PPRArules.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions
can be purchased till 22-07-2024 from Assistant Manager (A&F)
0/0 M.S. WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore. Price of Bidding
Document is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). Bidding
Documents can also be download from WAPDA website
(free of cost).
3. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the
bidding documents, must be reached in the 0/0 Medical
Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore on or before
23-07-2024 at 11:00 a.m. Technical Bid will be opened on the
same day at 11 a.m.
4. The Bidder will submit a bid Security with their Bid amounting to
Rs. in the form of pay order/Dem@hd Draft/ CDR in favor
of Medical Superintendent WAPDA ospital Complex, Lahcre
along with their Bid.
5. Interested firms must provide fol!$ir4g documents at the time of
purchase of bid document o rwlse the said document will not
be issued.
