NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
KPEZDMC invites sealed bids (One Original & One Copy) from eligible contracting
firms in accordance with KPPRA rules under "Single Stage — One Envelop bidding
procedure" forth e below-m entioned works.

A complete set of bid solicitation document for the project can be purchased from the
undersigned office by depositing a non-refundable fee of PKR. 3,000.00 (Rupees three
Thousand Only) in the form of call deposit in the name of "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic
Zones Development and Management Company". Copy of NIC of the authorized
representative of the Firm / Contractor shall accompany for the issuance of bid solicitation
document.
The eligibility criteria for the works is as under:
1- Have completed minimum one project with documentary evidence as Principal
Contractor. The detail of required project, cost and minimum valid PEC registration
requirement for the applica nt is given in ta ble below.

2- Culy, the firm should not be blacklisted by any department/organization with
documentary evidence in shape of affidavit on stamp paper.
3- The bidders must be registered with KPRA & FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and must be on
active tax payer list.
NOTE
The bid security & additional bid Security will be deposited as per notification issued by
KPPRA i.e., S.R.O. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May, 2022. ifrequired.
The contractors quoting their bids up to a limit of 10% below Engineer estimate shall
submit bid security @ 2% only of Engineer Estimate in shape of CDR/call deposit from
any scheduled bank of Pakistan in the faVor of "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones
Development & Management Compa
" c early mentioning the name of the firm.
The contractors quoting their bids
than 10% below up to 20% below on Engineers'
Estimate shall submit along heir bids 8% Additional Security of Engineer's
Estimated costin addition to 2 ld security.
Similarly, a contractor quoypg id more than 20% below shall submit with his bid an
additional security on Eng reeeris Estimated cost equal to the diffial amount of
submitted bid and En i@erst Estimate along with detailed rate analysis.
Bidders cannotappl
Joint venture or consortium.
The bidding docue-it will only be received at below mentioned address by registered
courier/postal e,gvtce. By hand submission shall not be entertained.
Non-complia of above-mentioned criteria and non-compliance of submission of
CDR/Call de osit at time of bid opening will result in rejection of Bid irrespective of cost.
KPEZDMCwill not entertain any bid after bid submission time due to the delay caused by
the courier/postal service or any other reason.
In case of equal lowest financial bid the successful bidder will be decided on the basis of
toss/open draw.
10- All other terms & conditions are mentioned in the bid solicitation documents. The
bidders may obtain further information by sending e-mail at queries.procurement
@kpezdmc.org.pk or by visiting office of KPEZDMC in the office hours at below
mentioned address. KPEZDMC reserves the right to reject one or all the proposals at any
stage of bidding process as per prevailing KPPRA rules.
