NOTICE INVITING RE-TENDER
Assignment Title: Construction of Rural Roads under GLLSP — II
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural
Development (IFAD) for Gwadar Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project Phase II (GLLSP-II).
Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan is the "'Implementing Agency" for this
project, which will be implemented in coordination with the government departments and partner
organizations in the selected districts of Balochistan through a designated Project Management Unit
(PMU). PMU of the Gwadar-Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project Phase II (GLLSP II), had invited
tenders vide AB No. 359/26-03-2024 and AB No. 363/29-03-2024 but the tenders are hereby canceled.
The PMU GLLSP— II now invites bids for Re-tenders from interested bidders.

Submission and Opening of Bids' ids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with
name of work for which Bid is bein
mitted and delivered to the GLLSP-II Office New Town Phase 1
near Qandeel Chowk, Airport oaå Gwadar, on or before Thursday 13-07-2024 as per the deadlines
mentioned above. Electroni II bmitted bids will not be entertained. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened in the p ence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the meeting on
thesame date as per the&hedule mentioned in the table above. Bid Security: All bids must be
accompanied by a Bid SGCurity of Fixed Amount as mentioned against each work in the form of Call
Deposit or Bank Guar ntee. A contractor will be selected using the national competitive bidding (NCB)
method Single Stag ne Envelope in accordance with the IFAD Procurement Handbook accessible at
www.ifad.org/proje -procurement. The NCB process will include a review and verification of
qualifications and past performance, including a reference check, prior to the contract award. For any
