OFFICE OF THE REGIONAL POLICE OFFICER MULTAN TENDER NOTICE FOR MUHARRAM UL
HARRAM 2024-2025 (STATIONERY. PRINTING AND OTHER (MOHARRAM. CHEHLUM YOUM-E
AND ANY EMMERGENCY LAW & ORDER DUTIES.
Regional Police Office Multan invites sealed tenders/quotations based on the
Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, from well reputed firms having previous experience as well as registered
with income tax and sales tax department for the purchase of below said items on the below mentioned
terms and conditions. Tenders of the following heads/items would be received till 16.07.2024 at 11:00
AM and shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders in the office of the
Regional Police Office Multan.
l. Stationery items required for Muharram-u- Harram 2024-2025
2. Printing items (Printing Of booklet security cards and stickers etc)
3. Other Muharram items(Breakfast, lunch box, dinner items, Daig Biryani water bottle Paratha,
Aamlaiti Channay etc or any emergency law & order duties)

Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelops as under on the
basis of single stage envelope,

Financial proposals will be opened on 16.07.?024 at 11:30AM in the presence of qualified bidders.
The technically qualified/verified lowest bi$vgould be acceptable. The Financial proposal of bids
found technicall un-acce table shall be yetÜrhed to the
ve bidders.
The bidders have to bring their samples Ot all items in which they participated at the time Of opening
the tenders otherwise the officers shall'i nore their bids.
The bidders shall submit earnest money @03% of the total value of the contract with their financial
proposals in the shape of pay order/bank draft of any scheduled bank in favour of the Regional
Police Officer Multan. In case •n0n•acceptance of tenders, the earnest money will be refunded
after finalization of the tende .
In case Of acceptance the bidders shall deposit a security @03% Of the total value Of
the contract in the fornf ef deposit at call in the name Of The Regional Police Office Multan and
drawn the contract a reement. Secur• shall be refunded on successful com letion Of contract.
To obtain the tender tractor will made a request on his letter paid in the name of Regional Police
Office Multan
The Purchase committee Of this office reserves the right to purchase full or palt Of items or
ignore/srap/cancel the tender without assigning any reasons which will not be challengeable in any
court of law. The purchase has also righted to increase/decrease the quantity of store/items as per
uirementsaecordi I as the terms till 30.06.2025.
Tender form along with all enclosures can be obtained at Rs 500 against written request from the
account branch of R ional Police Office Multan.
Incom Iete tender or late received tender Will not be entertained.
Transpiration of Goods to its destination will be up to the successful contractor. In case of rejection
and broken items the cost of the items will be u to the contractor
Stamp paper amounting to Rs,300/-mentioning that the contractor is not black listed from any Gove
de artment.
Income tax Sale tax PST will be deducted as
the Pun b Govt. rules and ulations.
