PROCUREMENT FOR OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE (OM&M) OF
12x MANUAL TOLL PLAZAS OF SOUTH ZONE
ON NATIONAL HIGHWAYS AND COLLECTION OF TOLL REVENUE
ON FIXED MONTHLY NET GUARANTEED REVENUE BASIS
FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30.062025
1. National Highway Authority (NHA) invites Bids from the prospective bidders having:
• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax & also on Active Taxpayer List of the Federal
Board of Revenue.
• Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid certificate of Category
0-5 or Above for F.Y 2023-24.
• The Prospective Bidder already working with NHA must not be defaulter of NHA. However,
under consideration arbitration claims on Covid & Flood will not be considered as
shortfall.
• The Bidding shall be out through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and
prospective bidders are required to submit Bid Security @ 2% of their Quoted Bid Price
with the bid documents to NHA.

ProspectivöBldders are also advised to follow the said website for updates of schedule and
addendum(s), if any.
4. The Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding documents, must reach
at the address mentioned below, on or before July 19, 2024 till 1100 Hours. Technical Bids
(hard & soft copies) will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours by the Tender opening
Committee in presence of the representatives of the Prospective Bidder.
