NOTE: - Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with
Govemment Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and
Evaluation

July 2024 and will be opened on the same
date at 1200 hours.
07 Bidding Documents
(i). Procuring agencies shall forfiiülate precise and unambiguous bidding documents that shall be

Explanation: - For thf.purpose of this Sub-Rule price means the cost of printing and providing

09 The Accepting Officer reserves the rightto accept or reject the tender, Rejected tenders will be dealt
with as per Parå33(1) of PPRA Rules.
