PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDERSIFIRMS
(FOR THE PERIOD JUNE 2024 TO MAY 2025)
1. District administration, Gujranwala intends Pre-qualify registered firms for
providing diff services or items (but not limited to) required in the
expected emergent situation of Monsoon/Flood in District Gujranwala for the
period of 12 months (i.e. 01-06-2024 to 31-05-2025) as detailed below.

Preparation of digital poltraits / Flex phot streamers / Banners etc.
Arrangements/SeNices of supply of Furniture/Tentage/Catering etc. on rent basis.
Arrangements/services of installation of temporary lights, Pedestal Fans, Gas
Heaters, Generator, TemporalY Toilets with all allied facilities on daily rent basis.
Arrangements for supply of Food Hampers, Cooked food, Drinking Water, Flour (Atta),
Cot (Charpai), Life Jackets, Milk, Tea, Mosquito nets, Anima Fodder/ Wanda, Plastic
Mats (Chattai) vehicle 4 x 4 fortranspoftation & POI for Flood affected areas.
Any other item as per direction of proposed by the Higher Authorities.
The firms should have experience of 5 years in the relevant field. The firm /
contractors, who wish to offer their services, are directed to submit their documents
by 08-07-2024 before 1 AM and submitted documents will be scrutinized on 08-
07-2024 at 1 1 AM before the scrutiny Committee.

Firms/Contractors will be eligible to participate in pre-qualification process for the period of 12-
months (June 2024 to May 2025).
