Bidding process of aforementioned works shall be
d out in accordance with the rules of Balochistan
Public ProcurementAuthorities 2014 & Pakistan Council By-laws. BASIC ELIGIBILTIY: The
contractors must have valid Registration of firm with PEC in category C-5 and above with specialization
codes CEOI and CEIO in relevant disqipl' cand registration along with till date renewal with Tax
Authorities i.e. (NTN, Sales Tax Departme nd BRA), where applicable. The prospect bidder(s) must
meet the eligibility I qualifying criteriÅ as mentioned in the bidding document. METHOD OF
PROCUREMENT: Single stage Envelope Bidding Procedure. BIDDING/TENDER DOCUMENTS
ISSUANCE: The bidder(s) can oé!égn (he bidding documents from the address mentioned below in office
working hours on production@éreen challan form for an amount of Rs.1000/- (NON REFUNDABLE)

22/07/2024 until 12.09 firs. The contractors/Firms who obtain bidding document by downloading them
from BPPRA website will also be required to produce deposited green challan form of above mentioned
fee. The bids must have accompanied Bid Security with "Technical Bid" for the work in the form ofCall at
Deposit above in the name of the undersigned from a Scheduled Bank. Bid security if not found in
technical bid envelop the bid will not be taken into account for evaluation and will be rejected
straightforwardly. DEAD LINE OF SUBMISSION: The bids (Technical and Financial) in two separate
sealed envelopes clearly marked with work Title & Type of Proposal, prepared in accordance with the
instructions contained in the bidding document must be delivered by hand or through registered mail at the
address mentioned below on or before 22/07/2024 at 12.00 hrs. OPENING OF BID(S): Envelope
containing "Technical Bid" along with bid security will be opened on the same day i.e. 22/07/2024 at 13.00
hrs before Procurement Committee in the presence of Bidders or their Authorized representatives who
choose to attend as specified in the bidding document. Second Envelope containing "Financial Bid" of
technically qualified bidder(s) will be opened later, the date of which will be communicated after evaluation
of the Technical Bids. Financial Proposals of Technically non-qualified bidders will not be opened and thus
