Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public
Procurement Rules — 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of
Similar Nature and Complexity. Turn over of at least 100,000,000
PKR Amount in 3 Subsequent Previous Years. Presence in Active
Tax Payer List. BRA Registration Certificate. The bidding firm must
not be culy blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
Bidder should have valid PTA license for operating the telecom
services i.e. Fiber, P2P Wireless local connectivity and
Intelligent network based services in Paki . The Bidders must
have at least 3 Data Center faci itiés'in Pakistan territory
