ESTABLISHMENT OF NAWAZ SHARIF INSTITUTE OF CANCER TREATMENT AND RESEARCH,
LAHORE PHASE-I (PACKAGE.D)
l. The 'Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab' IDAP (Employer) has been
established as an Autonomous body under the Infrastructure Development Authority of
Punjab Act, 2016 by the Government of Punjab for planning, designing, construction and
maintenance of Infrastructure in line with best international practices to cope with future
development needs.
2. The scope of work to be performed consists of construction of buildings and
infrastructure development which includes Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical,
Mechanical & Fire Fighting works and External Development Works, and for execution of
these works deployment of all necessary Material, Labor (s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery.

7. In case, the I'd%fiate for submission of the PQ application is declared a public hoüday
then the nexf Ing day will be considered for PQ application submission & opening.
8. The PQ Proposal prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document
and E-Procurement Portal, must be submitted on E-Procurement Portal on or before 25fh July
2024 no later than 03:30 PM. Pre-Qualification Proposal will be opened on the same day on
E-Procurement Portal at 04:00 PM.
