TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on Item I percentage rates are hereby invited on relevant the
MRS Bl•Annua12024 Finance Department for the works mentioned below from the eligible
Contractors / Firms enlisted / renewed for the year 2024-25 with Pakistan Engineering Council
(having specific'code CE09) as well as registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) as
well as flllng status as active. Tender cqquest should be accompanied with P.E.C License
for 2024-25 and copy Of C.N.I.C. Origitul Peygor of Attorney on stamp paper issued by BOP
for Rs.' 2251. & attested from Registrar Rovenug Department alonq with presEribed
tender fee. The tender I bidd a gocuments will be issued bv Divisional Head Clerk of
this office poto 24.07.2024 durina the office hours on Droductton of 32•A Challan form of
tender fee ( prin!ing charges deposited In National Bank of Paki'tan paid on or
as admissible under the rules. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as
well as in words. Tender Should be signed as per general direction given in the tender documents.
Tender will be received in the office of Commissioner. Sargodha Division, Sargodha up to
01:00 PM on the date of receiving of tenders and will be opened after 30 minutes by the Tender
Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives. Conditional
Tenders will not be accepted. Undersigned may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the
acceptance ofa bid or proposal and shall. upon request. communicate to any bidder the grounds for its
rejection of all bids or proposal but shall not be required to justify those grounds. Tenders not
accompanied with 05% of estimated price in the shape of call deposit receipt from the original firm
bank account of schedule bank will not be entertained.
The lowest bidder will have to deposit Additional Performance Security as per rules as per
Notification by Finance Department Government of Punjab Vide No. RO (Tech) FD12183(VXP) dated
05-04-2005 & further clarification vide No.FO-I-283 VI(P) dated 24-01-2006 and further amendments
by the Finance Department Notification No. RO (Tech) FD 1-22010 dated. 04.092012
As per agreement General Directions of Tender Clause No.26(A) and further clarified by
Government of Punjab. Finance Department Notification No.RO(TECH)FD 1-2/2017. dated.16.11.2022
i.e *in case the total tender amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimate (DNIT)
amount. the lowest bidder will have to deposit QualitVAssurance Security from the Scheduled Bank
equal to the amount of difference beween approved DNIT amount and the quoted bid amount within
15-days of issuance of notice or within expiry of bidi whichever is earlier
In case of holiday, next work" ay will be considered for tendering process.
Item against which no rate price is entered by the Bidder shall be considered as
Free of Cost and shall n be paid by the employer when executed at site.
Performance security sha a be applicable as per conditions of contract agreement.
The schedule of issuance of tenders will be as under: -
1. Challan Form 3M will be Issued upto 22.07.2024
2. Tenders will be Issued upto 23.07.2024 during office hours.
3. Tenders will be received on 24.7.2024 upto 01:00 PM and will be opened after thirty minutes
