Telephone Industries of Pakistan Haripur invites dealers/suppliers dealing in scrape for
auction of miscellaneous items on "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS" for open auction. Auction
will be conducted on per Kilogram rate basis for following items separately.

(www.ppra.org.pk) & (www.tip.org.pk) respectively All interested dealers / suppliers can
participate according to the documents m ptioned in bidding instruction.
It is clearly informed that the items off d for auction can be inspected by interested
parties in premises of Telephone Indus rtes of Pakistan Haripur on any working day,
(from Monday to Friday), from 08.30@5åo 16.00 Hrs, a day before closing day.
Intending bidders who will par
te in the auction must deposit Rs. 500,000/- as
earnest money (refundable) in!ht hape of call deposit receipt/bankdraft or pay order in
favour of Telephone IndustrieSxo Pakistan.
Bidding documents can be@tained from the office of undersigned during office hour
8.30 AM to 4.00 PM from nday to Friday, upto 15.07 2024. Open Auction will be held
on 18-07-2024 at M in in TIP Haripur. Documents fee is Rs. 8000/- (Non-
refundable) in shap CbD/PO/Call deposit can be submitted at the time of auction.
Without tender fee a d earnest money bidder will not be allowed to participate in
auction.
Interested bid@s can participate or send their representatives with authority letter.
Bidder or representative must bring original as well as attested photocopy of their CNIC
and providetheir complete address and telephone number.
All applicable taxes will be charged from successful bidders.
TIP reserve the right to cancel the tender or accept / reject bid as per PPRA rules.
Successful bidder wilt arrange to lift the auctioned items within 30 days after issuing
letter from TIP Management on its own cost.
