2. Tender documents ofthe above mentioned wor will be delivered to qualified contractorsflirms later on. The tenders
must be received by 1130 hrs. and will be opened
0 hrs. on prescribed dates as per Notice of
Tenders.
3. Firms/Contractor who are enlisted wi MES Category 'E' & above and registered with PEC may only apply.
Firms/Contractors, not borne on appr ve li of MES will furnish a certificate with their applications as a proof being on
the appropriate list of the departme concerned. A statement offinancial standing with necessary bank certificate, detail
of staff employed, detail of tools and lants and previous experience giving detail and type of works executed in the last
two years and in hand on theb!0 orma appended below will be provided duly attested by Class-I Gazetted Officer.
4. Contractors not borne@YES approved list of contractors or those suspended from the approved list of MES due to
non-depositing enhanced amount will deposit 2% of above mentioned costs (separately) as earnest money in the form of
FDR, Call Deposit pledged in the name of GE (Maint) DP Chaklala. This amount is refundable, if contractors are
not prequalified or they do not secure the contract
5. Application not providing the information on the following proforma and/or earnest will not be considered for issue
of tender.
