well as in words. Tender should be signed as per general direction given in the tender documents,
Tender will be received in the office of Commissioner, Sargodha Division. Sargodha up to
01:00 PM on the date of receiving of tenders and be opened after 30 minutes by the Tender
Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives- Conditional
Tenders will not be accepted. Undersigned may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the
acceptance of a bid or proposal and shall, upon request. communicate to any bidder the grounds for its
rejection of all bids or proposal but shall not be required to justify those grounds. Tenders not
accompanied with 05% of price in the shape of call deposit receipt from the original firm
bank account of schedule bank will not be entenained.
The lowest bidder wil have to deposit Additional Performance Security as per rules as per
Notification by Finance Department Govemment of Punjab vide No. RO (Tech) FD12183(VXP) dated
05-04-2005 & further clarification vide No.FD-1-283 VI(P) dated and further amendments
by the Finance Department Notification No. RO (Tech) FO 1•22010 dated. 04.09.2012
As per agreement General Directions of TenderfClause No.26(A) and further clarified by
Government of Puruab. Finance Depanment Notification 1-2/2017. dated. 16.112022
i.e case the total tender amount is equal to or !esSsthan 5% of the approved estimate (DNIT)
amount. the lowest bidder will have to deposit Quality Assurance Security from the Scheduled Bank
equal to the amount of difference between approved DNIT amount and the quoted bid amount within
15-days of issuance of notice or within expiry periodof bid, whichever is earlier.
In case of holiday, nextwo i day wil be considered for tendering process.
Item against which no or price is entered by the Bidder shall be considered as
Free Of Cost and sha n t be paid by the employer when executed at site
Performance security also be applicable as per conditions of contract agreement
