Utility Stores Corporation Of Pakistan Islamabad Tender Notice for ****** Result for Image/Page 1 ****** Government of Pakistan UTILITY STORES CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN Ministry of Industries and Production PREQUALIFICATON NOTICE / INVITATION TO PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROCUREMENT OF WHITE REFINED SUGAR DULY PACKED IN 50 KG POLY PROPYLENCE BAGS THROUGH E-PADS The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP) invites e-applications in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, from Sugar mills/firms/supplier who are financially sound, registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and GST (Registered) and who are on Active Tax Payer List (Income and Sales Tax) of the Federal Board of Revenue / relevant tax authorities, for the supply of white refined sugar in 50kg poly propylene bags on the Ex-Mill rate/Delivered basis through E-PADS. The open Framework Agreement will be signed for a period of one year with the selected bidders after bidding process on-demand / as and when required supply of Sugar to be procured through subsequent call-off quotations with successful bidder(s). Only the prequalified applicants shall be entitled to participate in the procurement proceedings and the Open Framework Agreement will be signed between the procuring agency and the successful bidder(s). For registration on -E-PADS or in case of any technical difficulty in using E-PADS, prospective bidders may contact Director (MIS) , PPRA. Applications should be submitted electronically only through E-PADS. Manual submission of Applications is not allowed. Electronic Prequalification documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The electronic Pre-qualification documents prepared in accordance with the instructions in PQDs, must be submitted by using E-P4DS on or before 22-07-2024 at 12:00 PM which will be opened on the same day ht 12:30 PM through E-PADS. All interested bidders must register themselves at F-pÅDS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. The pre-bid meeting with the par •c)pants (Sugar mills/firms/supplier) will be held on 10- 07-2024 at 12:00 PM to discuss he terms and condition given in the bidding documents or to discuss the query if any of the bidder at USCP Head Office Plot No. 2039, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. Applications which are i@omplete/not sealed/not signed/not stamped/late or submitted by other than speciflpg mode will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid oh region wise lump sum contract basis. along with terms and conditions for bidding can be obtained electronically and can be downloaded from USCP website i.e. www.usc.org.pk as well as E-PADS PPRA website www.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost.
