Pakistan Software Export Board (Guarantee) Limited (PSEB) is an apex Government body
under Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication with a mandate to promote
Pakistan's IT industry in local and International markets. PSEB invites sealed proposals/
quotations from reputed firms/ companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax

Third Party Validation Audit of 43 Software Technology Parks (STPs)
Single Stage Two Envelop Bidding Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement (i.e.
Open Competitive Bidding) will be used by adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection for
the subject procurement.
