Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) a Power Distribution Company; its core function is to supply,
distribute and sell power (Electricity) in the area of 13 districts of Sindh Province invites sealed bids from the firms,
who have valid PEC license renewal for the year 2023-24 in at least C-5 category and field of Specialization
"CEI O" & "EE05" having experience of 02 No. similar works at least of 132KV Transmission Line, registered with
Sindh Sales Tax and Income Tax Department and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the SRB and Federal Board
of Revenue for the following works.

All bids must be accompanied by a hid(security in favour of Project Director GSC HESCO Hyderabad having
name of firm on CDR from any scheduled bank. The firm who will participate as JN should submit CDR from
joint account and should be regist r d with FBR.
The eligible firms should submit—ted copies of CNIC, PEC License, Bank statement of last 6 months; valid
work orders along with completisoti certificates of two No. similar Transmission Line works.
Bidding document can be obtained from the office of Project Director GSC HESCO Hyderabad WAPDA Water
Wing Colony Hussainab Oderabad during office hours by eligible firms. The firm will have to submit the
affidavit in which the bid e undertake that the firm is not blacklisted from any organization; and all submitted
documents are genuine he eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Project Director
GSC HESCO Hyderabad. The same is available on HESCO website at www.hesco.gov.pk.
The successful bidde@ånill have to submit 10% of the contract price as performance security in the form of CDR
or Bank guaranteq
The firm which failed to complete already awarded work in GSC directorate as per bidding document shall not
be eligible.
Authority letter is required on 100 rupees judicial paper for contractor representatives to receive tender
documents/ participation in tender,
The Deadline date for issuing the bidding document is one working day before opening date. Price of bidding
document is Rs. 4,000/- each (Non-refundable).
