Allied Bank Limited invites sealed offers/bids for the sale of the
following vehicles on "as is where is" basis:

1) The vehicles can be inspected from Sunday, 30 June, 2024 to Tuesday, 02 July, 2024 between
10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the parking area, Allied Bank Limited, Bath Island Building, Karachi.
2) Bidders are requested to check the status of vehicles from all Government Authorities.
3) Written offers in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the 'Registration Number of Vehicle" must
be dropped in the tender box placed at the 'reception area' of Allied Bank Limited, Bath Island
Building, Karachi till Tuesday, 02 July, 2024 before 5:30 p.m.
4) The bids/offers must be accompanied with PO/DD in favor ofAllied Bank Limited, for Rs. 50,000/-
(Fifty Thousand Rupees only) being the amount of advance/eamest money, along with a copy of
CNIC and contact details (i.e. mobile and landline number) of the bidder.
5) Bidders can offer/bid for multiple vehicles by using separate envelope contains PO/DD with copy
of CNIC for each offer/bid.
6) The sealed bids/offers will be opened by the Bank's Vehide Disposal Committee on Wednesday,
03 July, 2024. The list of successful bidders t be displayed on the notice board on Friday, 05
July, 2024.
7) The successful bidders will be required to "sit the balance of the offered price within 03working
days, i.e., by Wednesday. 10 July, After declaration of results, failing which the offer shall
be cancelled and the "Advance/ta?nest Moneys will stand forfeited.
8) Advance tax shall be collected ynder section 236-A of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 @ 10%
and 20% (from filer and non-fi@respectively, or prevailing applicable taxes at that time) will also
be paid by the successful bier through a separate PO/DD in favor of Allied Bank Limited.
9) Successful bidders Willb (able to pay all the applicable taxes including transfer fee, etc.
10) The documents for "Transfer of Ownership" will be issued jn the name of the successful bidder
only, as per the details of submitted copy of CNIC. The Bank will not entertain any requests for
"Open Transfer Letter(s)".
11) The un-succe$ful bidders will get their PO's/DD's back, within 05 working days i.e. by Friday,
12 July, 20241
12) The vehicles and their respective documents shall be handed over to the successful bidder,
after completion of official formalities by Monday, 29 July, 2024.
13) All the employees of Allied Bank Limited, regular, contract or outsourced (directly or indirectly),
shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding.
14) The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason(s)
thereof.
15) These vehicles are being auctioned 'Vas is where is basis". The bank shall not be responsible for
the transportation and or any repair work / charges in respect of the disposed/sold vehicles.
