official website of LGE&RDD (www.lgkp.gov.pk)/Urban Areq0eyelopment Authority D.I,Khan after one day of publishing NIT and last
time for online apply will be 27/06/2024 (12:00 PM). (2). ThéPiØders are required to fill Electronic bids online and attach scan copy of
Bid Security in shape of original Call Deposit in the name offrocuring Entity and submit hard copy of the same printed electronic bid

(5). The bidders should submittheir Eeyuasper KPPRA Notification No.SR0(14) Vol/l -24/2021-22, dated 10/05/2022. The contractor
quoting their bids more than 100/0.)élow upto 20%below on Engineer's Estimate shall submit along with their bids 8% Additional
Security of Engineer's Estimated d@st Iffaddition to 2% bid security. Ifthe bid is not accompanied with the required amount of additional
security then it will be consider$äSnon-responsive and the 2% bid security shall be forfeited in favour of Government and the second
lowest bidder and so on will åtånsidered accordingly. (6). Similarly, a contractor quoting bid more than 20% below shall submit with
his bid additional securi
ngineer's estimated cost equal to the diffial amount of submitted bid and Engineer's Estimate along
with detailed rate analysis„ln case of more than 20% below bids, if the bid is not accompanied by the detailed rate analysis and / or
required amount of additional security, then the said bid shall be considered as non-amount of additional security, then the said bid shall
be considered as non-responsive. All the securities submitted along with such non-responsive bid shall be forfeited in favour of
Government and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly. (7). All Bidders are required to have valid Registration
with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2018 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act.
XXI of 2013). (8). The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid as
per Para 47(i) of KPPRA Rules 2014 by assigning cogent reason. (9). The interested Firms/Contractors may obtain clarification
regarding bid solicitation document. (10). Work order will be issued after release of Funds.
